what to expect

It always feels special meeting your little ones. When they are only a few days old, I get the privilege of being one of the first people to meet them.

I will come to your home with a small set up and I require an area with natural lighting, for example, somewhere close to a glass door.

I will also use areas within your home perhaps a chair or your little one's nursery. It's all very natural and I always work around feeding/changing times etc. and make sure they are comfortable throughout.

I love to get parents involved too, as much as you would like to be, this is as as much for you as it is for them, sharing these moments together and having the photographs to cherish as they grow so quickly!

These sessions are very natural, I will guide everyone involved in how to stand and what to do, but otherwise this session is very much an in home experience to capture raw moments with your newborn.

I do bring a small set up which allows me to capture photographs of your little one by themselves in their outfits and also strip them down to their nappies to get those special moments where I can then swaddle them in my mixture of blankets I bring with me. This is completely up to you, there is absolutely no pressure to have these photos if you don't want to.

If you are currently pregnant this is a great time to get booked in as we can put a provisional date in the diary and work around when your little one arrives and when you feel ready to have these photos taken. If you want those real newborn scrunchy photos id recommend to try and have these within the first 3 weeks.

what to expect

This session is a significant moment in all of your lives. Turning the big one is a special moment and one to remember so why not capture it!

This session can either be in your home or at a location of your choice, but I do not provide the cake or any of the decorations. So if these are things you would like you will need to provide these yourself. This can either just be a first birthday session or this can be a cake smash, however you would like to celebrate them turning one. I will work around your wants and needs.

If it is a cake smash, I will always capture some photographs first before bringing the cake in. This way we can still capture some photos of them without cake everywhere. Then we bring the cake in and let them enjoy!

what to expect

Coming from a big family myself, I love working with families whether that's just mum, dad and a little one or a larger group. We can get those big group photos and also the smaller shots too such as siblings, or the parents together. We will do this at a location of your choice within 15 miles of BS39 or if you wish for it to be further, we can discuss this.

I keep everything quite natural with just a little bit of posing to get those group shots. It'll be a fun day out with me capturing the happiness of your family. I'll get shots of the fun the children are having and all the events that unravel during our session.
